Filipa leads the training and learning work at MEAM. This includes developing and delivering training programmes to local areas within and outside the MEAM Approach network, as well as producing resources and capturing learning from our events and activities with the network.
Before joining MEAM, Filipa was leading a Practice Development Unit as part of the Fulfilling Lives programme in Nottingham, exploring approaches to collaboration and system change through shared learning and practice development. Filipa has a wide range of experience around training, project management, and working with cross-sector partnerships and community organisations in the UK and in Portugal, her home country.
