Calderdale joined the MEAM Approach network in May 2020, having benefited from being part of the West Yorkshire Finding Independence (WYFI) Fulfilling Lives programme from 2014. The long-term aim is to create, sustainable improvements across the local system in Calderdale through better coordinated services and interventions which are supported by a strong strategic partnership which include experts by experience.
