Our launch publication explores the experiences of people with complex needs and the frontline staff who are working with them. It draws on in-depth conversations with over 50 people and survey research with 140 services across the country. It calls for politicians and civil servants to involve those with complex problems in shaping future policy to avoid negative consequences.
